PSG had two specific areas they wanted to promote: one was their 10th anniversary and the other was their suite of products for solicitors and estate agents, including new services they were developing.
As the property market is a constantly changing industry, companies such as PSG have to continually adapt to accommodate changes in the market and in legislation. With HIPs gone, they were focusing on selling their other services to solicitors and estate agents and their marketing strategy and promotional copy needed to reflect this.
Over a period of two months, I provided copy for an eight-page sales brochure, including and introduction to the company and a run down of their services, and also for a shorter sales mailer.
I also wrote a press release for their franchises to send out to local media to inform them that company was celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Finally, I put together a series of e-marketing emails to be sent out to both their current and prospective clients, highlighting the different services they provided within their suite of products. These included themed emails to go out around the Easter period.
